Certus

Schedule assurance platform for Primavera P6 XER files.

Purpose

Certus is a DCMA-style schedule quality checker for Primavera P6 XER exports. It supports schedule quality review, governance conversations, and evidence-led assessment.

Findings should be reviewed by an experienced planner before being relied upon. The current implementation covers parsing, normalisation, and nine schedule quality checks.

Data handling

No files are stored or retained. All processing happens in your browser and nothing is sent to any server. Closing or refreshing the page clears all data.

Check coverage

Certus currently implements nine DCMA-aligned checks: Open Ends, Leads, Lags, Relationship Types, Hard Constraints, High Float, Negative Float, Long Duration, and Invalid Dates.

Five further checks are planned for future releases: Resource Loading, Missed Activities, Critical Path Integrity Test, CPLI, and BEI.

Scope and limitations

This is a prototype. It does not include authentication, database storage, AI features, file retention, or a Gantt view. Assessment scope overrides are saved in your browser's local storage for the current session.
